We take an in depth look at the Outback Embrace Week, Brooke takes us around the RV Friendly Redmond Park, Easter on the MacIntyre is coming up soon, and our next Business Breakfast is taking shape for April the 6th.
Outback Embrace Week Program
The Embrace Week program is so full of events that we had to make a second video to hold them all.
RV Friendly Redmond Park
Last week the Goondiwindi Regional Council moved Goondiwindi a step closer to being an RV friendly town. Redmond Park on the eastern edge of town has been chosen as this site for Caravans and Motor Homes to park overnight. It is already functioning as the town’s driver reviver area, it has a dump point and plenty of space. Brooke and Travis take us for a quick drive around the park to see what it’s like.
Easter on the MacIntyre
Once again the town is putting on a show over the long weekend. There are lots of fun and festivities planned for the Easter long weekend. Travis explains some of the events in the video, but if you really want to drill down into the details, the Goondiwindi Regional Council have a writeup here.
Our Next Business Breakfast: Strategies to Grow Your Local Business
On April the 6th, the Goondiwindi Chamber of Commerce is hosting another Business Breakfast at the Royal hotel. Tickets are available online on our events page here. We have a great lineup of speakers, there are 3 confirmed and another 2 yet to confirm. We’ll learn from these experienced business people what makes their businesses successful and how they plan to grow there business more. It’s an event that’s not to be missed. You don’t need to be a Chamber member to attend, but you do need to RSVP on our events page.
An Impromptu Visit from the Southern Downs LNP Candidate, James Lister.
Today, James Lister the LNP Candidate for Southern Downs joined Brooke and Travis for a chat. We were just wrapping-up the Goondiwindi Local News when he dropped by so we took the opportunity to let you all hear what he has to say for Gundy.
